The State Road and Tollway Authority has migrated over 650,000 Peach Pass accounts and over a million license plates to our new back office system. We have conducted software analysis and reviewed random account samples to ensure functionality of the system. Now it’s time for your test drive. We need you to log on to the MyPeachPass.com website or the Peach Pass Go! 2.0 mobile app and try the new system for yourself. We would love to get your feedback on your experience so that we can make any necessary adjustments to enhance the services you receive.
To get you started, we have provided you with some key information to help you navigate this new technology with greater ease and clarity. So, let’s keep moving and thank you for being a loyal Peach Pass Customer!

Peach Pass customer trips that occurred prior to the launch of our new website and billing system are now being posted to your account.
You may see multiple credit card charges to replenish your Peach Pass account balance during this time.  This is normal.
Your credit card rebill activity will return to its normal frequency once all prior trips have been posted to your account.
Some make and model vehicle names may appear as “other” if the name from the previous system was misspelled or had missing information.
The upgraded system uses standardized make and model vehicle name lists and in the data migration, may have replaced the previous listing with “Other.” For example, if your vehicle name was a Honda Accord and “Accord” was misspelled, you may see instead, Honda Other.
In order to change to the proper name of your vehicle, you can edit make and model information online at mypeachpass.com or through the Peach Pass GO 2.0 mobile app. You can also contact our Customer Service Center at 1-855-PCH-PASS (724-7277) and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you with this change.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Customers can now quickly and easily:

  • Update billing and vehicle information, including adding or removing vehicles
  • View account notifications or pay violations
  • Monitor account balance and add funds via credit/debit card

How was the new system designed?

Kapsch TrafficCom (Kapsch) was selected in December 2017 to serve as its Customer Service System Integrator (CSSI) for the new system including the website and mobile app. With this contract, Kapsch was tasked to provide SRTA with a next-generation back office platform that will enable the agency to offer and support integrated user accounts to its customers on all transportation modes including highway tolling and parking. The Kapsch back office system is ideally suited to meet Georgia’s rapidly expanding  transportation landscape. As SRTA deploys more tolling and managed lane systems in the future to serve the metropolitan Atlanta population, an integrated, flexible, and customizable back office will enable it to offer its customers a seamless experience by processing transactions for all SRTA toll facilities and will include the capability to process transaction from interoperable partner facilities within single user accounts.

How do I access the new website and mobile app?

Peach Pass customers must go to MyPeachPass.com or download the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app to update their password using the “forgot password” function. Once complete, you can access all the new features, view recent transactions and make payments.

Remember, if you are an app user, you must download the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app from the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and enter your email and new password to maintain access to your account from the app.

Steps on how to update your account:

Can I keep using the current Peach Pass GO! mobile app?

We recommend deleting the current Peach Pass GO! mobile app from your phone once you download the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app.
