The week of November 9, 2020, the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) will launch updated editions of MyPeachPass.com and the Peach Pass GO! mobile app to make it easier for customers to access and manage their accounts. The new app, Peach Pass GO! 2.0, will launch on the Apple App and Google Play stores the week of November 9th.

To launch the new system, SRTA will be conducting data migration and transitioning over 650,000 customers to the new system. During the period of October 31 thru November 8, 2020, Peach Pass customers and Customer Service Agents will be unable to access customer Peach Pass accounts. Customers can contact Peach Pass customer service for general toll rate information only and may experience longer hold times during this period.

NOTE: Customers must update and verify that their contact and email information are correct before October 30th. Tolls will still be charged, so SRTA encourages all customers to ensure their account has adequate funds to cover any trip transactions during this transition period.

Starting the week of November 9th, customers will need to update their passwords using the email address registered to their Peach Pass account to maintain access to their accounts, and app users will need to download the new app from their preferred app store. Customers can update their account at MyPeachPass.com or on the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app by entering their email address and using the “forgot password” function.

What are the improvements of the new system?

SRTA is excited to announce that the new MyPeachPass.com site and Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app will be ready this November.

Customers can now quickly and easily:

  • Update billing and vehicle information, including adding or removing vehicles
  • View account notifications or pay violations
  • Monitor account balance and add funds via credit/debit card
  • Benefit from increased security and fraud prevention enhancements
  • Track recent transactions
  • View live toll rates across all lanes to help plan trips ahead of time
  • Switch between toll and non-toll modes on the go efficiently and quickly

How was the new system designed?

Kapsch TrafficCom (Kapsch) was selected in December 2017 to serve as its Customer Service System Integrator (CSSI) for the new system including the website and mobile app. With this contract, Kapsch was tasked to provide SRTA with a next-generation back office platform that will enable the agency to offer and support integrated user accounts to its customers on all transportation modes including highway tolling and parking. The Kapsch back office system is ideally suited to meet Georgia’s rapidly expanding  transportation landscape. As SRTA deploys more tolling and managed lane systems in the future to serve the metropolitan Atlanta population, an integrated, flexible, and customizable back office will enable it to offer its customers a seamless experience by processing transactions for all SRTA toll facilities and will include the capability to process transaction from interoperable partner facilities within single user accounts.

How do I access the new website and mobile app?

Starting the week of November 9, Peach Pass customers must go to MyPeachPass.com or download the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app to update their password using the “forgot password” function. Once complete, you can access all the new features, view recent transactions and make payments.

Remember, if you are an app user, you must download the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app from the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and enter your email and new password to maintain access to your account from the app.

Steps on how to update your account:

  • Visit MyPeachPass.com
  • Go to the account login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Click “Forgot Password”
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password
  • Create a new password
  • Download the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app from the Apple or Google Play Store
  • Open the new app
  • Enter your email address and new password to log in

Additionally, in order to continue utilizing the automated phone system, a new PIN number will be required. When calling, existing customers should follow the prompts to account maintenance where you will be able to choose a new PIN.

NOTE: The existing Peach Pass GO! mobile app will be disabled on and after October 30, 2020.

Will I be able to access my account during the upgrade period?

You will not be able to access your account during the upgrade period or contact the Peach Pass Customer Service Center.

Why will I not be able to access my account?

Before we launch the new MyPeachPass.com site and Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app, there will be some down time. You will not be able to access your account on MyPeachPass.com or the mobile app from October 31 through November 8. During this time, we will be conducting data migration and transitioning to the new system.

NOTE: The Express Toll Lanes will be open during this time and any trip transactions accrued will be charged to your account.  Customers should also log into their accounts prior to October 30th to ensure they have adequate funds on their account to cover transactions during this period.

Once the new system has launched, customers must reset their password at MyPeachPass.com or on the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app to access their account. Once reset, the same password can be used to access both digital tools.

Can I keep using the current Peach Pass GO! mobile app?

Starting the week of November 9, you must download the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app from the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). The current Peach Pass GO! mobile app will no longer provide access to your account after this time. We recommend deleting the current Peach Pass GO! mobile app from your phone once you download the new Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app.

Will I be able to see my transaction history in the new system?

Once you update your password and log in to the new MyPeachPass.com or Peach Pass GO! 2.0 mobile app, you will be able to view all past trips and transactions, including those during the upgrade period of October 31 – November 8, 2020.

Can I ride the toll lanes for free during the upgrade period?

The Express Toll Lanes will be open during this time and any trip transactions accrued will be charged to your account.
