Peach Pass GO! Mobile App

 

Now available for iPhone®, iPad®, iPod Touch® (NEW!) and Android® (versions 2.3 and higher) devices, the Peach Pass GO! mobile app allows Peach Pass account holders to change toll mode and check account balances without having to go online or call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center. Just download the app (see links below), and log in to your account using the same username and password established for online account management. If you have not established online account access, click here and select the “Set Up Online Access” tab. Follow the instructions using your account number and the last four digits of the primary phone number listed for the account.

Once you’ve downloaded the app and logged in to your account, Peach Pass GO! will automatically display your account balance, the vehicles on your account and their current toll modes.  You also have the option of updating your vehicle occupancy status (tolled/non-tolled) right on the home screen, and viewing latest transactions and billing statements.


PLEASE NOTE: When you change your toll mode, you must wait 15 minutes before using the I-85 Express Lanes to allow for system processing.

APP UPDATES:
Thanks for your feedback on the “Peach Pass GO!” mobile app!  We’re working through the technical issues as they are reported. We have already made some of the improvements, including:

  • Added “Change Toll Mode” option to home screen for easier use
  • Added more functions and icons for easier use
  • iPod Touch compatibility now available
  • Created option to store your User ID# and password for future use
  • "Settings” option renamed “Log Off” to more accurately reflect its use
  • All vehicles on multi-vehicle accounts now listed on home screen
  • Duplicate vehicle listings eliminated.

DISCLAIMERS:
Each time the application is opened, a simple splash screen asks motorists to select “OK” to confirm that they are not using the application while they are driving. If they do not select “OK,” the application will automatically shut down.

The Peach Pass GO! mobile application (app) is the official mobile app of the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) and its toll facilities.  All usernames and passwords used to access account information through the Peach Pass GO! mobile app are encrypted and are only stored locally on the user’s mobile device if the user chooses to store the information.  There may be other mobile apps created that enable a user to access the user’s account information.  However, these apps are not authorized by SRTA and SRTA does not guarantee security and privacy of account information (e.g., banking, credit/debit card, email address, etc.) accessed through use of unauthorized apps. SRTA strongly discourages use of these unauthorized apps.

So, if you have a Peach Pass account and have established online account access, get your Smartphone and we’ll get you ready to GO! with the new Peach Pass GO! mobile app.
