New “Peach Pass GO!” Mobile App Now Available

Compatible with iPhone®, iPad® and Android® smart phone devices

The State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) just made managing your Peach Pass account a little easier with the new “Peach Pass GO!” mobile application, or “app.” Now available for iPhone®, iPad® and Android® devices, Peach Pass GO! allows Peach Pass customers to change their toll mode and check their account balance in seconds. The free “Peach Pass GO!” app can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store and the Android Market.

Tolls Reduced on I-85 Express Lanes

Toll rate signs to be streamed on PeachPass.com soon

Today the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) announced that the toll rate range for the I-85 Express Lanes has been changed from 10 cents - 90 cents per mile to 1 cent - 90 cents per mile, thus allowing for lower toll rates during off peak hours. The SRTA Board voted on the toll rates today and the new rates went into effect just minutes after Board approval.

Temporary Southbound Express Lane Access Point Opening Soon

Construction of permanent SB access point to begin later this spring

The State Road and Tollway Authority announced today that a new temporary southbound Express Lane access point located near the Boggs Road overpass on I-85 South is slated to open at the end of the month, weather permitting, to registered Peach Pass customers.

GA 400 Toll Plaza Signage Modifications Begin February 3, 2012

Lane Closures Begin Late Night on Feb. 3-5, 2012; Advanced Signage Begins Jan. 23

Beginning Friday, February 3 at midnight, weather permitting, the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) will begin modifying existing overhead and ground mounted signage located near the GA 400 Toll Plaza area. Changes will consist of adding “Peach Pass” to various signs to visually reinforce the fact that motorists can use their Peach Pass or Cruise Card to access the all-electronic toll lanes on GA 400.

Express Lanes Waiver Official Statement

An official written request has been made to U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) to grant a waiver to allow Peach Pass customers that have two or more passengers in their vehicle to be exempt from paying tolls to access the I-85 Express Lanes.

I-85 Express Lanes Open TONIGHT at Midnight

Peach Pass Call Center Open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, October 1. The State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) announced today that at midnight tonight, the I-85 Express Lanes will officially open. All motorists who want access to the I-85 Express Lanes must have a registered Peach Pass.

The State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) announced today that the I-85 Express Lanes will officially open on Saturday, October 1. The opening date is contingent upon a successful testing outcome for all equipment in the Express Lanes and weather conditions.

WSB Radio and Peach Pass “GO” Tour Coming to a Moe’s Southwest Grill Near You

Now through August 12, News/Talk WSB Radio and the State Road and Tollway Authority are partnering to help you pick up lunch, get your Peach Pass and “GO!” Every weekday from 11:45 AM ‐ 1:15 PM, the Peach Pass “GO” Tour will stop at a Moe’s Southwest Grill location in Gwinnett County to help commuters sign up for the Peach Pass that provides access to the I‐85 Express Lanes opening later this summer.

Peach Pass registration is available online at www.peachpass.com, by phone at 1-855-PCH-PASS (724-7277) and in-person at two Department of Driver Services locations in Gwinnett County: 2211 Beaver Ruin Road, Norcross and 310 Hurricane Shoals Road, NE, Lawrenceville.
